Měření spokojenosti obyvatel se službami a zázemím obce

Abstract

The topic of my thesis is „Citizen Satisfaction Measurement of Municipal Services and Facilities“. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out the level of satisfaction of municipality citizens with chosen areas and to make suggestions and recommendations to increase the citizen satisfaction. For processing I chose the town in which I live. In the introductory chapter is defined diploma thesis target. In the second part of the work, the town of Úsov is introduced The third chapter deals with theoretical ways out of measuring the satisfaction, services marketing and municipal marketing. The fourth chapter sloves a methodic part where is specified the target of the following set up of the search project plan. In the fifth chapter the analysis of the citizen satisfaction of municipal services and facilities is made. Based on the performed marketing survey, the suggestions to increase the satisfaction of the Citizen with the provided services are being made in the last part.
