Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with financial controlling in selected business companies. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part.The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of controlling, its objectives, principles and selected types of controlling. Another theoretical part is intended for financial analysis, its sources and methods. The practical part of the diploma thesis is focused on the use of financial controlling indicators in companies AB s.r.o. and XY s.r.o., evaluation of their results and then verbal and graphical comparison.
