Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to propose alternative solutions to the use of plot No. 2845/37 and 2872 in the locality "The fence" in Czech Cieszyn. Design of the first variant is based on the existing city plan Czech Cieszyn, according to which the site in question to serve the bulk of housing. In the second scenario should be established shopping center, this proposal should serve as a basis for zoning.The result is an urban design work on the variant, the overall technical solution and transport infrastructure, volume study of the selected object.
