Příprava inokula a ověření nově zkonstruovaného modelového reaktoru pro testy temné fermentace za účelem výroby vodíku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the research in the field of anaerobic digestion and dark fermentation for subsequent connection to the experiments with the thermal method of inoculum pretreatment and verification of a model reactor for the needs of dark fermentation. The work evaluates different thermal inoculum treatment methods in terms of methanogen suppression capability. Graphical outputs are used as a methodology to evaluate the effectiveness of inoculum treatment. The evaluation methodology to validate the model reactor is to compare the experimental outputs with existing data. The work also outlines further opportunities to improve the thermal treatment of the inoculum.
