Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with issues of satisfaction of employees in an engineering plant.
The main objective monitoring and measurement of employee satisfaction has been done
by means of measuring techniques and presentation of the improvement proposal.
The work contains two parts. The first one demonstrates theoretical possibilities of given problems. In the second practical part a questionnaire has been formed and the workers
of the Machine works Třinec, plc. completed it. The results of the questionnaire have been evaluated and improvement suggestions added.
