Abstract

The main subject of this diploma theses is to draw up a concept, implement and test a compression algorithm for text documents. The algorithm is focused on text documents written in czech language, in which are used grammatical variants of individual words. The algorithm's implemetation is done in programming language C\# and Windows environment. The theses contain complete results of executed tests and their interpretation.
