Černá louka: Od ztracené funkce k živé městské struktuře

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je revitalizace a rozvoj potenciálu oblasti Černé louky, která se nachází v dynamicky se rozvíjejícím centru města a ztratila svou původní funkci. Navrhněte koncepční řešení, které se soustředí na urbanistickou kompozici, která citlivě propojí novou zástavbu polyfunkčních objektů s partery se stávající historickou strukturou Ostravy. V návrhu bude kladen důraz na integraci přírodního charakteru území a blízkost řeky Ostravice. Práce bude zahrnovat doplnění nové zástavby, stejně jako vyhodnocení využití přiměřeně hodnotných existujících objektů tak, aby tyto v kombinaci s rekreačními prvky vytvářely harmonický funkční celek. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření architektonické studie polyfunkčního objektu, který bude zahrnovat prostory pro mateřskou školu a který bude vycházet z urbanistické studie.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to revitalise and develop the potential of the Černá louka area, which is located in the dynamically developing city centre and has lost its original function. Propose a conceptual solution that focuses on an urban composition that will sensitively connect the new development of multi-functional buildings with parterres with the existing historical structure of Ostrava. The design will emphasize the integration of the natural character of the area and the proximity of the Ostravice River. The work will include the addition of new development, as well as the evaluation of the use of reasonably valuable existing buildings so that these, combined with recreational elements, create a harmonious functional whole. The main aim of the diploma thesis is to create an architectural study of a multi-functional building that will include spaces for a kindergarten and which will be based on an urban study.
