Analýza a komparace managementu dvou tenisových klubů v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

The bachelor thesis aims to analyze and compare two tennis clubs in the Moravian - Silesian region. The first part is devoted to the definition of basic theoretical concepts that are closely related to the field of study. The second part contains a detailed description of both tennis clubs and their current situation based on a personal interview with its managers. The third part is devoted to the analysis where the SWOT technique is used. This technique results from a questionnaire survey aimed at parents of children, who regularly visit the monitored club for training with coaches and from personal interviews with the clubs management. The following part consists of comparisons based on SWOT analyzes, personal interviews with managers and completed questionnaires. The conclusion is devoted to the results of the survey, personal recommendations and suggestions for improving leadership in the observed tennis clubs.
