Abstract
This diploma thesis is focused on the elaboration of strategic analysis of the Ostrava city center, belonging to city part Moravská Ostrava a Přívoz. It is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current situation of the city center by selected methods and to propose recommendations that could lead to improvement of the situaiton.
