dc.description.abstractOchrana prírodného a kultúrneho dedičstva v rámci podmienok globálnych zmien, bude hlavným záležitosť pre rozhodovanie tvorcov a výskumníkov v Európe. Bude považovaná za meradlo udržania európskej civilizácie, ako aj ochrana špeciálnej bezpečnosti v tejto oblasti výskumu. Rozsiahle konzultácie v celej Európe s odborníkmi v oblasti pamiatkovej bezpečnosti vedú k ochrane, ktorej súčasť je ochrana pred požiarom.V rámci analýzy počtu a výskytu lesných požiarov na Slovensku, priemerná hodnota počtu lesných požiarov z celkového počtu predstavuje 2,5 %, okresy s najvyšším počtom lesných požiarov sú Malacky, Žilina, Čadca, Liptovský Mikuláš, Poprad a Spišská Nová Ves a evidujeme pravidelne vznik lesných požiarov aj v oblastiach CHKO a NP. Keďže lesné požiare predstavujú nekontrolovateľné a nežiaduce horenie s negatívnymi dopady na spoločnosť a životné prostredie (vrátane prírodného a kultúrneho dedičstva), je potrebné venovať uvedenej problematike stále zvýšenú pozornosť. Článok rozoberá problematiku lesných požiarov, ktoré sa vyskytli za posledné desaťročie na území Slovenskej republiky. Údaje sú získané zo štatistických ročeniek PTaEU MV SR a Štatistického úradu SR. Poukazuje na prienik území s kultúrnym dedičstvom a územím často vystaveným pôsobeniu požiarov. Je nutné využívať prostriedky rôznych grantových schém precs
dc.description.abstract-enThe protection of natural and cultural heritage under global change conditions will be a major concern for decision makers and researchers in Europe. It will be viewed as a measure of the enduring civilization of Europe as well as protection specially safety in this research area. Extensive consultation across Europe with experts in the fi eld of safety of heritage lead to protection in this case before fi re. The analysis of the number and incidence of forest fi res in Slovakia, the average value of forest fi res of the total represents 2.5 %, districts with the highest number of forest fi res are Malacky, Žilina, Čadca, Liptovský Mikuláš, Poprad and Spišská Nová Ves and we regularly register creation of forest fi res in the areas of protected areas and national parks. Whereas forest fi res represent burning uncontrolled and undesirable negative impacts on society and the environment (including natural and cultural heritage), it should be paid to these issues still more attention. Article discusses the issue of forest fi res that have occurred over the past decade in the Slovak Republic. Data are obtained from statistical yearbooks PTaEU Ministry of Interior of Slovak Republic and from the Statistical Offi ce of Slovak Republic. Paper refers to the penetration area of cultural heritage and the area often exposed to fi re. It is necessary to use different means of grant schemes such as the Joint Programme Initiatives (JPI) for purposes such as fi re protection and rescue of our heritage.cs
