Abstract

The topic of bachelor thesis is elaboration of a business plan for a new company, which is called the Zero Waste Shop. The aim of bachelor thesis is to find out if business plan is viable, practicable, competitive and profitable. Theoretical part draws from professional literature and valid laws of Czech republic. Theoretical part also describes recommended structure of business plan. Practical part builds on theoretical part and knowledge and informations from theoretical part are used here. Several methods and analyzes were needed to achieve the goal of bachelor thesis. Porter's 5 forces model, questionnaire, SWOT analysis, PESTLE analysis, marketing mix 4P and financial plan, which was developed for pessimistic variant, real variant and optimistic variant, were processed for a specific company in practical part. The final part of thesis describes risks of business plan and recommendations for a specific company. Because of using individual methods, it was found that business plan is competitive and practicable. Real variant of financial plan proves that business plan will be also profitable.
