Abstract

The aim of the thesis “Risk Management of Production Company” is a definition of the role and position of risk management of Production Company. The first part of this thesis describes the basic concepts, causes and prevention of risks and the distribution of risks. The second part focuses on risk management and its parts: communication, consultation and establishing the context, identification, analysis, assessment, treatment, management and final risk assessment. The last part is the practical example shows the selected risks in Production Company, which are supplemented by preventive measures.
