Abstract
The process of recruiting and selecting employees is a crucial element for the success of an organization, affecting not only performance and competitiveness, but also the overall corporate culture. This thesis examines the recruitment and selection processes in a selected organisation and proposes measures for improvement. The research methods include literature analysis, questionnaire survey and interviews with HR manager. In the theoretical part, key concepts related to HRM and the processes of recruitment and selection are discussed. In the practical part, an analysis of the processes in company XY is conducted and the theoretical findings are applied. Based on the results, several recommendations for improving the processes of employee selection and integration are proposed. The aim of the work is to contribute to a more efficient and successful recruitment and selection process with regard to the overall development of the organisation.
