Vliv podpory v nezaměstnanosti na nabídku práce v ČR

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the evolution of un employment support and find the answer to question if the monthly payment as an un employment support and social welfare payment demotivate individuals to find job. The theoretical description of job offer is described in first part. The second part is oriented to social system in Czech republic. It describes three pillars of this system, which are subordinated to the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. It describes Czech Social Security Administration, the Labour Office and the municipalities and countries. Every of these institute on pays individual welfare. The third part contain The impact of unemployment support to the job offers in Czech republic examined by the case studies.
