Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the activities of the Police of the Czech Republic in dealing with serious, extraordinary events in mining activities. The theoretical part of the submitted work includes the legislation used, the active bodies of the Police of the Czech Republic and the State Mining Administration. The theoretical part also contains a description of the areas in the Czech Republic, which may affect serious mining events. The application part of this work on model situations is explained by the procedures used that are based on valid legislation and are currently used by the Czech Police. The conclusion of the thesis contains a proposal to improve the solution of serious situations in mining by the Police of the Czech Republic.
