Eliminace rizik spojených se vstupem průmyslových firem na zahraniční trhy

Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to define risks which may endanger industrial companies entering foreign markets. In theoretical part I deal with the concept of risk itself and the descriptions of particular risks, which may occur in certain cases. Another area of the theoretical part focuses on decisions, specifically in which conditions the industrial company can make decisions and in what stages the decision happens. The third section of the thesis deals with the actual access to foreign markets and explores the possible ways to enter a market. The last part of the bachelor thesis contains different ways and possibilities to prevent or eliminate particular risks.
