Identifikace a analýza rizik vybraných podnikatelských subjektů

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the identification and risk analysis of selected business entities. The aim of this thesis is to identify and evaluate risks and to recommend procedures by which those risks can be reduced or eliminated. In the theoretical part of the thesis, there is entrepreneurship, entrepreneur, risk and its classification determined. Further, there is risk management outlined as well as methods by which risks can be reduced. In the practical part, there are particular business entities introduced, PEST analysis of their business environment and a SWOT analysis for each entity are performed. In conclusion, based on the analyses results, there are recommendations presented introducing strategies to be used in the future to reduce or eliminate the identified risks.
