Hodnocení finanční výkonnosti podniku

Abstract

The objective of the thesis is to evaluate the financial performance of the company in construction industry during the years 2010 – 2013. The first chapter is introduction. The second chapter deals with theoretical background of the topic where are explained targets, users and sources of the financial analysis, followed by analysis of absolute and ratio indicators, characteristic of bankruptcy and credit scoring models and calculation of economic value added. The third chapter describes the selected company, including company´s history, line of business or offered services. This chapter is followed by financial analysis of the company in practice. Last part includes possible suggestions and recommendations drawn on the base of analysis results and conclusion.
