Finanční zabezpečení polní nemocnice Armády ČR v prostředí zahraniční operace

Abstract

Práce je zaměřena na problematiku financování polní nemocnice Armády České republiky v prostředí zahraniční operace. Jejím cílem je na základě analýzy předložit návrh na zlepšení a zefektivnění nákladů na provoz polní nemocnici. Hypotéza diplomové práce je založena na předpokladu: finanční prostředky určené pro 7. polní nemocnici postačují k zabezpečení její činnosti. Pro dosažení cíle diplomové práce jsou použity metody analýza, komparace, syntéza. Teoretická část práce popisuje správu, organizaci, financování polní nemocnice, zdravotnické služby i Armády České republiky. V další kapitole je pak provedena analýza financování polní nemocnice se zaměřením na 7. polní nemocnici. Zhodnoceny zde jsou náklady, jež byly vynaloženy na činnost nemocnice a dále pak i na celou misi za období od roku 2002 do roku 2009. V cílové části je předložen návrh na zlepšení a zefektivnění nákladů na provoz polní nemocnice, včetně řešení problémů, které provázejí oblast financování AČR jako celku. V závěru je pak provedeno celkové zhodnocení a vyvozeno tvrzení, zda-li se hypotéza potvrdila nebo ne

The work is focused on funding the Army field hospital in the Czech Republic's foreign operations environment. Its aim is to present an analysis of a proposal to improve and streamline the cost of operating a field hospital. Hypothesis thesis is based on the assumption: the financial resources intended for the 7th field hospital are sufficient to protect its operations. To achieve the objective of the thesis are methods used in the analysis, comparison, synthesis. The theoretical part of the thesis describes how to manage, organization, financing, field hospitals, medical services and the Army of the Czech Republic. In the next chapter is then analyzed the financing of field hospitals, focusing on the 7th field hospital. Reviewed here are those costs that were incurred to the activities of the hospital and then on a mission for the period from 2002 to 2009. The target is part of a proposal to improve and streamline the cost of operating a field hospital, including addressing the problems that accompany the financing of the ACR as a whole. In conclusion, it was an overall assessment of the claim and concluded that if the hypothesis is confirmed or not.
