Měření spektrálních změn zářivých zdrojů pro optické komunikace

Abstract

This thesis deals with the spectral composition of light bright sources and its dependence on the excitation current and ambient temperature. The first part describes the different types of radiative sources and principles of their activities. The following spectral characteristics of radiation sources and their dependence on temperature and current. The next section describes the measuring instruments and workplace CCD spectrometer, which was used to measure spectral characteristics. The last part is described the measurement of radiative sources and evaluation of results.
