Návrh výměny transformátoru teplárny.

Abstract

Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám návrhem výměny transformátoru, instalovaného ve společnosti Veolia Energie ČR a.s., závod Frýdek-Místek a následující realizací. Teoretická část práce je věnována krátce popisu pouţití transformátorů a způsobu jejich chlazení. V praktické části se práce věnuje popisu transformátoru T01, jeho stavu a důvodům k jeho výměně. Následně je zde rozebráno, zda je výhodnější oprava transformátoru nebo pořízení nového a co každý z těchto úkonů obnáší. Dále se práce zaobírá srovnáním olejového a suchého transformátoru a konečným výběrem konkrétního transformátoru. V poslední části je popsána realizace výměny a nový stav. Závěr se zabývá zhodnocením přínosů výměny tohoto transformátoru.

In my thesis, I deals with design of a transformer reconstruction installed at Veolia Energie ČR a.s. plant Frýdek-Místek and the subsequent implementation of the exchange. The theoretical part is devoted to brief description of using transformers and the method of cooling. The practical part is dedicated to the description of transformer, its condition and the reasons for its replacement. Then there is discussed whether it is better to repair the old one or buy a new transformer and what would each of these tasks involved. Furthermore, the work deals with comparison of dry and oil transformers and a final selection of specific transformer. The last section describes the realization of the exchange and new condition of the transformer. Conclusion deals with the evaluation of the benefits of exchanging a transformer.
