The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to develop project documentation for an apartment building in the construction stage accordance to Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. – Decree on construction documentation. The building is a residential apartment house with one basement level and four above-ground floors, containing a total of fifteen residential units. One barrier-free apartment designed for persons with reduced mobility is located on the first above-ground floor. There is a café and a roof terrace on the fourth floor. The building is covered with a mono-pitch roof. The project documentation, prepared according to the scope of the assignment and according to Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. - Decree on construction documentation, contains a technical report and a drawing part. This bachelor's thesis also includes a thermal technical assessment of the roof according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2025) and a static calculation of a reinforced concrete beam.
