Abstract

This bachelor work themed teambuilding is provided in company GE Money. Target work has verify, if is for staffs of GE Money more beneficial work in team or individually. If team work helps to develop, innovate or increase achievement of team members (concretely individuals). The bachelor work consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. In theoretical part is defined conception team, fruitfulness factors, what faces to his top achievemnets and what are the rules and bleachers of team work. Further is state, what is common for individuals and there are clarified notions competition by another name play and development and education. Practical part includes characteristic of company and methodical part, in which are using methods of monitoring, metering and questioning. There is described competition too, which served to achievement of target. On base the results of competition were realized designs and recommendation for forenamed company.
