Abstract

The aim of diploma thesis was to investigate the differentiation of wages of the Czech Republic in terms of sectors, regions and occupations in selected periods. The theoretical part is devoted to defining the basic terms of remuneration. The third chapter is devoted to selected tests that are used in practice for the detection of wage differentiation. The selected test is characterized by a selected part of the descriptive characteristics, which plays an important role in testing hypotheses. The last chapter is devoted to testing hypotheses random selections of gross wages medium. The first section will be devoted to the practical difference in terms of the sectors selected five professions regardless of region. In the second sub-chapter is an analysis of secondary gross wages in terms of individual regions, regardless of the type of employment. The conclusion summarizes the results of tests of the practical part.
