The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation for building permit pursuant to Decree no. 405/2017 Coll. [1], which modifies Decree no. 499/2006 Coll. on construction documentation [2] and Decree no.169/2016 Coll. [3]. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts, where the first part contains the project documentation of the apartment building and the second part contains the technological procedure for the implementation of the flat roof, time schedule of the works and the itemized budget of construction.
