Abstract
Bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of material flow in the company BONATRANS
GROUP a.s. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the production logistics, logistics
chain, breakdown flow in the company. There are generally described methods for decision
support and VSM method that can be used by managers in industrial enterprises. In the
practical part of the value stream mapping method used VSM (Value Stream Mapping),
which is analyzed the current state. At the end of the whole evaluation process and proposes
possible improvement.
