Podpora obnovitelných zdrojů energie

Abstract

Úvodní kapitola této bakalářské práce seznamuje čtenáře všeobecně s obnovitelnými zdroji energie, vyjmenovává druhy obnovitelných zdrojů existujících dle zákona č. 180/2005 Sb. a pojednává o každém jednotlivému zdroji samostatně. Také krátce popisuje situaci dané problematiky u nás v České Republice a zmiňuje výhled do budoucna. Obsahem následující kapitoly je analýza legislativních podmínek platných pro obnovitelné zdroje přehledně uspořádána na energetickou politiku Evropské unie a popis a analýzu legislativních podmínek v České Republice. Součástí je výčet nejdůležitějších zákonů, vyhlášek a směrnic s krátkým popiskem. Výčtem dalších kapitol je analýzou dotační politiky v oblasti obnovitelných zdrojů, jejíž hlavními body jsou podpora ve smyslu garantovaných výkupních cen, daňových úlev a aktuálních dotačních programů. Poslední kapitola poukazuje na možná rizika v dané oblasti z pohledu privátních investorů a finančních institucí. Závěrem bakalářské práce je shrnutí vlastního pohledu na výhody a nevýhody obnovitelných zdrojů energie, současný stav a výhled do budoucna.

The introductory chapter of this thesis introduces the reader with the renewable energy generally. There are mentioned the types of renewable energy under Act No. 180/2005 with the short definition. It also deals with the description of the renewable energy situation in the Czech Republic and the perspective to the future. The following chapters are focused on the valid analysis of the legislative conditions in the Czech Republic containing existing legislative conditions for renewable energy in the EU as well. There are presented the most important laws, ministerial regulations and directives with the short explanation. The other chapters include the main sign of the subsidy policy with the special attention on the guaranteed feed-in tariffs, tax breaks and the grants. The last chapter of this work concerns the potential risks imported for the private investors and the financial institutions. Finally, there is a summary of the writer’s opinion on the advantages and the disadvantages of the renewable energy, the current state and the future views.
