Posouzení Age managementu ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The topic of this thesis is the assessment of age management in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to assess whether the company is facing an aging workforce and whether it is implementing any specific age management measures. And then to propose further options and recommendations for achieving better results in this area. The company has a predominance of older workers, for whom the company has no replacement, which can cause major complications in specialized positions. The research was focused on THP workers. The thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on professional literature and articles. Data for the practical part was obtained from a structured interview and a questionnaire survey. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, suggestions and recommendations were made: awareness and education in the field of age management, cooperation with secondary schools, creation of a succession plan, expansion of the benefits offer, collection of feedback from employees and support for intergenerational cooperation. The company can use these suggestions to make the implementation of individual age management measures more effective.
