Metodika unifikace a standardizace nakupovaného sortimentu v OKD, a.s.

Abstract

The subject of this diploma thesis is the unification process of purchased products. The theoretical part describes terms such as purchasing, purchasing function, explains the position of purchasing department in the organizational structure and finally deals with the method of unification and standardization of the manufacturing company. The practical part is devoted unification process in OKD, a.s. There are analyzed purchased portfolio in detail and also describes the current unification process, suggestions how to improve this process and also there is quantified economic savings which was resulting from the implementation of the unification process.
