Abstract

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is a partial elaboration of the project documentation for the construction of a terraced house on the plot No.306/42 in the cadastral area of Ostrava – Muglinov, according to the Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. On the documentation of buildings. The work is based on the architectural study carried out as part of the subject studio work V. – academic year 2022/2023, headed by Ing. arch. Pavel Řihák, Ph.D. In the course of studio work Va – academic year 2022/2023, the thesis supervisor Ing. arch. Filip Čmiel, Ph.D. reworked the study in the form of a project documentation. The work contains a text and a drawing part prepared according to the assignment of the Bachelor’s thesis in architecture.
