The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is a project of an apartment building for the purpose
of obtaining a building permit. This apartment building is situated in Polanka nad Odrou and
it has three floors and a green roof.
The content of the bachelor´s thesis is a technical report for the construction part, drawing
documentation, thermal technical assessnent of the ground floor and the roof, as well
as the calculation of a HEB 300 steel girder.
