Abstract

This bachelor thesis is about analysing today’s education system and development of employees in the VWR International l.l.c. company. There are basic concepts and problematics described in the theoretical part, which are necessary for education and development of employees. The practical part contains characteristics of the VWR International l.l.c. company and analysis todays system of education and development. A survey has been used in the company, which should help us, how employees react on education and development system in these days and if they like it or not. Based on theoretical resources, the evaluation of the survey and acquired information from the employees, several recommendations which could help the system get better have been determined. The objective of this bachelor thesis was to analyse present education and development system in the VWR company, and give some appropriate recommendations which could make it better.
