Návrh získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti Image studio s.r.o.

Abstract

The goal of my work is to identify and analyze the processes of recruitment and selection of employees for a particular position at Studio Image s.r.o. and to propose suggestions and recommendations to improve the existing situation. Information for the analysis of issues of Image Studio s.r.o. I was getting through the study of companies documents, a series of interviews and consultations with Mrs. Jarolímová (company owner) and employees of the company. In chapter “Theoretical knowledge of the recruitment and selection of employees” I analyzing the problem with the help of professional literature. In chapter “Characteristic of the company” is introducing Image Studio, s.r.o.. In chapter “Processes of recruitment and selection of employees for a particular position in the company Image Studio, s.r.o.” I analyze the current status of the process. In chapter “Proposals and recommendations” I suggest improvements that could result in the improvement and increase the efficiency of the process.
