This thesis deals with control of an Electronic Centre Differential of Electric Car. The introduction part is the description of the basic concept differential and its distribution. In the next part of this thesis the distribution concepts is all-wheel drive, the types of center differentials which are being used and the distribution of drive torque between front and rear axle. Other part is dedicated to mathematical model of electric vehicle with all-wheel drive. In this part there is realized proposal calculation of wheel and mathematical model vehicle. Then there is chapter about proposal of control algorithm for electronic Centre differential. This proposal will be realized with use of MATLAB SIMULINK. At the end of the thesis is written about comparison between all-wheel drive with and without controlled electronic Centre differential
