Analýza výrobních nečistot u dodavatele automobilových dílů a možnosti jejich omezení

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyse the manufacturing impurities in an automotive parts supplier and the possibilities of their reduction. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the concept of cleanliness and the standards that govern cleanliness in companies. The tools are also defined for maintaining cleanliness in workplaces and how they are being checked and followed. In the practical part, the selected enterprise is described, the given production and maintenance process associated with it is analyzed. The impurities are analyzed, their impact on the production process is identified and improvements are proposed for maintenance on the production lines. The implementation of the proposed measures to reduce the occurrence of impurities will enable better quality production and delivery of products to the customer according to the set standards.
