Analýza zamestnávania cudzincov na trhu práce v Českej republike

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of employing foreigners on the labor market in the Czech Republic. Its aim is to analyze the economic, legislative and social aspects of employing foreign workers in the context of increasing migration and globalization. The theoretical part presents economic theories of migration and legislative conditions regarding the residence and employment of foreigners. The practical part was carried out in cooperation with the international technology company AXX, applying qualitative and quantitative research methods - a semi-structured interview with a relocation specialist and a questionnaire survey among foreign employees. The results confirm that foreigners working in AXX mainly occupy highly qualified technical positions and this way they contribute to increasing of productivity of the company. On the other hand, foreigners face legislative restrictions and adaptation challenges. The work points out the need for more effective integration mechanisms, while the author formulates recommendations aimed at facilitating the integration of foreign workers in the corporate environment.
