Posouzení rizik železniční přepravy čpavku z hlediska ochrany obyvatelstva

Abstract

The main aim of this thesis is the risk assessment of amonia railway transport and by akcident in Olomouc review and update the emergency plan ZST Olomouc main station. The thesis is focused on the description and assessment of risks in rail transportation of amonia and risk analysis using the DOW´s Chemical Exposure Index, followed by specifying the emergency planning zone from point of view of Civil Protection in the surroudings ZST, using a software modeling program ALOHA. At the end of thesis are the evaluations of the invidual methods and update the emergency plan is here proposed, which deal with the detailed leak hazardous substances during an emergency. The last charter of this thesis is focused on the possibility of warning the population and the guidelines for risk reduction by ammonia leak.
