Abstract

This thesis focuses on the principles of stock management in the enterprise Ložiska VILIM Ltd. The stock management in the enterprise should be given considerable attention, because a sizable part of the corporate funds is stored in it. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of stocks and their management, based on the study of literature. In the practical part, the company Ložiska VILIM Ltd. is introduced and so is the analysis of the current state of stock management. In the final part, suggestions and recommendations leading to more efficient stock management are introduced, based on the prior analysis.
