Návrh využití proluky Janáčkova-sever, Moravská Ostrava

Abstract

The topic of this work is the multifunctional building the house in the vacant lot on the street Janackova Moravian Ostrava. The work contains a description of alternative solutions and the final one, which is treated in detail. The resulting proposal addresses the relationship to the urban environment, traffic, parking and considers the requirements for wheelchair use. It solves a typological component of the building. The project is designed according to applicable laws, regulations and standards.
