Abstract

The theses deals with a design of a three-floor apartment building with a cafe placed on the ground floor. Apartments are situated on the second and the third story. The choice of the placement of the property came from the idea of uplifting the part of the village with some free-time facilities. The goal of this work is to elaborate an architectonic and constructive solution for this building which is foccusing on Structural engineering, in terms of documentation of the realisations of the buildings.
