Zhodnocení procesu nákupu ve společnosti Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s.

Abstract

In this thesis, we will look into issues of a purchasing process. Within the thesis we established cooperation with Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s., where main objectives and aims are achieved. Aim of the thesis is to assess purchasing processes. Intermediate objectives are analysis of key raw materials purchase and mapping of the purchasing process. This thesis is divided into two main sections. The First theoretically-methodological section describes various ways of a purchase, purchasing process activities and methods used. Second section is rather practical and dedicated to three crucial chapters. First chapter is about purchasing processes in Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s. In the second chapter we will look into purchasing process analysis in which few following methods and tools such as Pareto analysis or Microsoft Project Software projects and others are used. Based on the chapters described above, author suggested a solution. The key solution is to select an appropriate method of a supplier selection.
