Hodnocení efektivnosti investičního projektu ve stavební firmě

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku hodnocení efektivnosti investičního projektu ve stavební firmě JEARING, spol. s r. o. se sídlem v Petřvaldě. Teoretická část se zabývá přiblížením tématu investice. Zaměřuje se také na parametry a kritéria hodnocení efektivnosti, které budou následně použity i v praktické části. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit efektivnost investičního projektu firmy a také najít vhodný způsob financování. Obsahem projektu je výstavba rodinných domů a jejich následný prodej. Praktická část obsahuje stručný popis historie firmy, charakteristiku investice a výpočet efektivnosti investice. Výpočty jsou rozděleny do tří variant, které se liší vstupním kapitálem, požadovanou výnosností vlastníků a financováním investičního projektu. V závěru práce jsou porovnány výpočty a následuje doporučení pro každou z variant, které byly propočteny.

Bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment project in a construction company JEARING, spol. s r. o., based in Petřvald. The theoretical part deals with approach on investments. It also focuses on the parameters and criteria for assessing effectiveness, which will subsequently be used in the practical part. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of the investment project of the company and also find a suitable way of financing. The project includes construction of houses and their subsequent sale. The practical part contains a brief description of the history of the company, the investment characteristics and investment efficiency calculation. Calculations are divided into three variants, which differ in paid-in capital, required rate of return and financing of the investment project. In conclusion calculations are compared and followed by recommendations for each of the variants were calculated.
