Charakteristika příčiny porušení rohatek

Abstract

V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou popsány způsoby tepelného zpracování ocelí, metastabilní rovnovážný diagram železo-uhlík a diagramy IRA a ARA. Pozornost je dále soustředěna na procesy, které vodou ke zpevnění a zvýšení tvrdosti povrchu oceli. Experimentální část je zaměřena na popis příčiny porušení rohatky ve formě ozubeného kroužku, přičemž se vychází z fraktografické analýzy a mikrostrukturního rozboru. Byla popsána mikrostruktura rohatek po opraveném a zcela novém tepelném zpracování, po kterém již rohatky nepraskaly.

The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis describes the methods of heat treatment of steels, metastable iron-carbon equilibrium diagram and IT and CCT diagrams. Attention is further focused on the processes that lead to strengthening and hardening of the steel surface. The experimental part is focused on the description of the cause of ratchet failure in the form of a toothed ring, based on fractographic analysis and microstructural analysis. The microstructure of the ratchets after a repaired and completely new heat treatment was described, after which the ratchets did not crack further.
