Abstract

This project concentrated on describing passive GePON optical networks, the definition and integrity of triple play services. The main aim of this work was the creation and measurement of triple play within this network. Within this document the methodology for RFC2544 and EtherSAM measurement is described. As product of this study entails a laboratory documentation with a theoretical introduction, instructions for the configuration of networks, instructions for RFC 2544 and EtherSAM measurement, and a working conclusion with an analysis of measured data.
