Abstract

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to introduce a few chosen software and information systems supporting activities of facility management, describe the principle and functions of software and finally determine suitability of usage for different types of buildings considering graphical environment and financial aspect. Theoretical part summarizes knowledges about CAFM systems, building information modeling as a design tool and usage of geographic information systems for facility management. Practical part offers exhibition of CAFM systems based on different graphical environments and mutual comparsion. For visual comparison of software, practical part was processed using the tennis club building in Havirov-Šumbark.
