Abstract

This bachelor work describes the probléme and systém of the business education. There are the basic pieces of knowledges listed in this work, some of moder trend of existing spere of business as well. By making a characteristics of A Telefonica O2 Company from a view of employees education and following estimation of this systém we find out if it is suitable and customizes to the request, preference and demand of employees. The outcome of this work should be the result if teh system fully infills the request of the education of the employees, finds out its pertinent week points and constructs a resolution which could help to find the suitable and working system of education.
