Analýza přechodu klasifikace nebezpečných látek na GHS z pohledu zákona 59/2006 Sb.

Abstract

This thesis is dedicated to questions of dangerous substances classification according to the directive 1272/2008/ES (GHS). It introduces chemical substances legislation sphere and major accident prevention. Thereinafter it concerns in differences in the classification according to directive 1272/2008/ES. In the practical part the thesis applies methods of the classification of dangerous chemical substances according to GHS. The final part summarizes the potential impacts of GHS directive on the substance classification and also possible changes in the legislation of major accident prevention.
