Eliminace reoxidačních procesů při odlévání ocelových odlitků

Abstract

This thesis is focused on technology of production hihg quality steel castings using system of shrouded pouring stream to limit the access of air during pouring.

The work describes the reoxidation processes that occur during steel casting, their influence on the occurence of foundry defects and thus on the resulting quality of castings. There are describet the possibilities of reducing reoxidation of liquid metal, especialy I focus on the systém of protection of pouring stream with special ceramics. The work compares the results aft he quality of castings část by different technologies.
