Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the performance of vibration tests of car light structure. The supporting structure was made by 3D printing using a metallic powder method. The work is divided into the theoretical and experimental part The theoretical part contains the principle and methods of measurement and characteristics of devices, on which the measurements were made. Vibration tests were performed on two vibration devices. The first test was performed on an industrial electromechanical vibrator and the second test was performed on the hydraulic cylinder. The experimental part briefly mentions the description of the 3D metal printing technology. It also includes the production of a fixture for the vibration test of the headlamp, the measurement methodology, the processing of the measured data, including the evaluation and comparison with the data obtained from the company that deals with the production of automobile headlamps.
