Ekonomická analýza svozu odpadu (město Bílina)

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na svoz odpadu na území města Bílina a zejména na jeho ekonomickou analýzu. V teoretické části se práce zabývá jednotlivými druhy odpadu, platnou legislativou České republiky v oblasti odpadového hospodářství a systémem nakládání s komunálním odpadem na území obcí. Praktická část se zabývá systémem nakládání s odpady na území města Bílina, analyzuje náklady na odpadové hospodářství v letech 2005 až 2007 a tyto náklady porovnává s náklady na odpadové hospodářství města Teplice. Cílem této práce je porovnat, zda se městu vyplatí svážet odpad prostřednictvím vlastních technických služeb nebo prostřednictvím dodavatelského subjektu.

The diploma thesis is focused on Waste collection in the city of Bilina District and mainly on its economic analysis. In the theorethical part, the thesis deals with the particular types of the waste, valid legislation in the area of waste management in the Czech republic and the system of treatment with civic waste on the territory of urban areas. The practical part deals with the system of treatment with the waste on the teritory of the city of Bilina District, analyses waste management costs in years from 2005 to 2007 and compares these costs with the waste management costs of the city Teplice. The objective of this thesis is to compares if it pays off to the city Bilina to collect the waste by means of their own technical service or if it is better to do it by means of some supplying firm.
